Custom Agricultural Gate Systems

Stop replacing bent tube gates. We fabricate heavy-duty, made-to-measure gate systems designed for your specific opening, security needs, and daily traffic flow.

Built for Daily Use on Working Properties

SAG-PROOF HINGE SYSTEMS

We use heavy duty adjustable hinges. This allows you to adjust the gate as your post settles over time.

IMPACT-RESISTANT FABRICATION

Built from 2” 14-gauge galvanized pipe, each frame is fully welded at every joint to withstand cattle pressure and accidental equipment impact without bending or folding.

OPERATOR-FRIENDLY LATCHES

Secure slam latches and chain slots designed for one-handed operation, keeping your workflow moving without fumbling or delays.

GATE APPLICATIONS

ENGINEERED FOR EVERY NEED

RANCH & FARM

High-tensile perimeter gates designed to prevent sagging on wide openings. Perfect for pasture access and lane divisions.

LIVESTOCK Access

Reinforced heavy-duty gates built for high-pressure crowding areas. Withstands direct impact from bulls and heavy stock.

WALTHRU GATES

Built with a heavy-duty frame, these gates allow cattle to be moved into the pen without lifting or wrestling the gate. Designed to swing smoothly for safer, quicker operation.

Materials & Construction

Weight matters. A Spears gate weighs nearly double that of a standard retail gate because we use structural components engineered for pressure, not just visual barriers.

2” 14-Gauge Galvanized Pipe

We use 2” heavy-wall galvanized pipe for added strength and long-term durability. Unlike thin-gauge tubing, it resists kinking and deformation from livestock pressure or accidental equipment impact.

Fully Welded

Every horizontal is cut to fit the post perfectly, then welded 360° around the joint. No crushed tubes or spot welds.

INDUSTRIAL GALVANIZED COATING

Unlike raw steel, our galvanized tubing is built to withstand harsh weather and resist rust, helping your gate system last for years in real agricultural conditions.

¾” x 12” Gate Bolts

Through-bolt design runs completely through the post for maximum holding strength, preventing pull-out while still allowing for future adjustment.

System Integration

A squeeze chute is only as good as the flow leading up to it. Our equipment connects seamlessly from pen to headgate.

CUSTOM FABRICATION

Your gate is built in our shop, not pulled from a pile. We cut and weld high-tensile galvanized tubing with fully welded joints to ensure strength, precision, and long-term durability.

Measure & Spec

We work with your dimensions to ensure a perfect fit. Whether replacing an old gate or building a new entry, we verify width, swing direction, and hinge requirements before cutting steel.

DELIVERY & HANDOFF

We ship the finished system directly to your propert. It arrives with all heavy duty hardware and included ready for you to install.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver to my farm location?

Yes. We coordinate freight delivery directly to agricultural properties throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Indiana, Georgia, and Alabama. For large facility projects, we can arrange dedicated transport to ensure your gates arrive safely without the damage often caused by LTL carriers.

Why invest in High Tensile gates vs. standard farm store gates?

The difference is wall thickness. Most "heavy duty" retail gates use thin 19-gauge tubing that kinks when a bull leans on it or a tractor bumps it. Our 14 gauge high tensile tubing is engineered to withstand high pressure and last for generations rather than seasons.

Do you install the gates?

We focus exclusively on fabrication to maintain the highest quality control. However, our gates are designed for easy installation by any local fencing contractor. We supply all necessary adjustable hinges, J-bolts, and mounting hardware, so your installer has everything they need to hang the gate perfectly level.

Can these gates be mounted on wood posts?

Yes, our threaded rod hinge system drills directly through 6x6 or 8x8 wood posts. This allows you to adjust the gate's swing even if the wood post twists or settles over time.

What is the lead time for a custom build?

Typically, custom orders are ready for shipment within 1-2 weeks. Please contact our project desk for current production timelines.
